Shawn Henderson to Bring Calming Design to Turks & Caicos with The Reserve at Rock House
New York City interior designer Shawn Henderson has just unveiled his sophisticated, comforting and balanced design for The Reserve at Rock House, the Turks and Caicos resort’s exclusive section of two-bedroom homes situated at the highest elevation on Providenciales’ limestone cliffs. This will be Shawn’s first hospitality project as well as his first project in the Caribbean.
The Reserve is a pristine, secluded one-acre elevated parcel within the Rock House resort, enjoying elevations nearly 70 feet above sea level and panoramic 180 degree views of Providenciales’ north shore. The Reserve is an exclusive and limited offering of only nine residences, located in three elegant, two – story buildings.

Pairing elements such as bleached wood and a feature wall made of limestone directly from the Rock House site with custom Scandinavian furnishings, Rock House stirs up feelings of chic island living with a more modern, minimal approach in order to really let the view speak for itself.
Taking inspiration from historic hotels on the Amalfi coast, Shawn’s design will bring a piece of the Mediterranean to the Caribbean with details like porcelain and terrazzo flooring while also incorporating the barefoot luxury aesthetic Turks and Caicos is known for.
Shawn’s design is complemented by the architectural expertise of on-island Coast Architects, who have worked with the developer Grace Bay Resorts for years.
Two x 2-bedroom residences measuring 1,460 sq ft each, make up the lower floor, each with a separate lock-off studio, while a single – floor two bedroom penthouse unit measuring 1,900 sq. ft assumes the top floor and rises to nearly 85 ft above sea level. Two bedroom 1,460 sq.ft units are priced at $1,195m, Two bedroom PH units are priced at $1,475m.
